Return & Refund Policy
All items are made-to-order through Printify, so standard returns are not accepted. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photo. Replacements or refunds are issued after verification. Personalized items are only eligible for replacement/refund if a production error occurs.
Shipping Information
Orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped directly from their partners. Processing takes 2–7 business days; delivery is 5–14 days in Canada and 7–21 days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and international orders may incur customs fees or taxes. Tracking info is provided once shipped.

We respect your privacy. Your information is used only for order processing and customer communication and is protected by trusted partners, including Printify. We do not sell your information.
