2. Shipping Times
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (if tracking is available for your item).

Canada: 5–12 business days
United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary based on customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you, depending on which print provider fulfills each item.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes different products, they may come in separate packages.
This is normal and happens because products can be fulfilled by different production partners.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, when available.
5. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
We cannot control these fees or delays caused by customs.
6. Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If an order is placed with the wrong address:
If production has not started → we can update your address.
If production has begun → we cannot modify the address.
If an item is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping it.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please allow 48 hours as carriers sometimes scan early.
If it still doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll assist you.
If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it according to our print partner’s policies.
8. Tracking Information
Some products and countries offer full tracking, while others may offer limited tracking depending on the local postal service. You will receive tracking details as soon as your item ships, whenever tracking is available.

We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong. Because many of our products are made-to-order through our print partners, our return policy works a little differently than traditional retail. Please read below for full details.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
This includes:
Misprints (wrong design, incorrect colors, layout errors)
Damaged items upon arrival
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item sent
Once verified, we will submit a replacement request through our print partner (Printify) and keep you updated throughout the process.
2. Lost Packages / Tracking Issues
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). If it still does not arrive, message us and we will assist you with the next steps.
If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
3. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size or color ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind

4. Personalized Items
Personalized products are final sale unless damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If a personalized item arrives with printing errors or quality issues, we will replace it.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, we cannot cancel or change the order.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
